Grossman Estates - Luxury Residential Management creates a seamless, home-owning experience whether you are living locally or out-of-town. When on-boarding a new client, a customized plan is developed, tailored to suit each clients’ specific needs, ranging from general maintenance, house-keeping and gardening, to book keeping, leasing and sales.

We understand how difficult and time consuming it can be to keep a property running and performing at its best, our goal is to make that as easy as possible so you can enjoy living.

History
With a background within the hospitality and service industry, we understand what it means to be one step ahead. The key is to anticipate our clients’ needs.
Ryan’s early career started with the prestigious Ritz Carlton Naples Resort and then the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, where the groundwork for impeccable service at the highest level was laid, as well as a deep understanding for what it takes to make anyone feel at home.
Mira was born and raised in Munich, Germany and has her Masters of Fine Arts from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. She leaned into her passion of interior design, and know how to transform a house into a lifestyle that clients want, working with prominent CEOs, entrepreneurs and fashion executives.
With their team to support them, they have created a network of professionals to make every home-owners experience serene.
